San Francisco Bay Trail-Castro Street to the Richmond/San Rafael Bridge

Questa, in association with sub-consultants Steven Grover & Associates, Nutt, Redfield, and Valentine, DKS Associates, Gray-Bowen and Co., and Donaldson Associates, was retained to develop a Project Study Report (PSR) and prepare PS&Es for construction of an approximately 1-mile Class I, two-way, multi-use Bay Trail segment from the intersection of Castro Street and Tewksbury Avenue to the Richmond/San Rafael Bridge, including a bridge component to the Chevron facilities.  This in-progress work also includes public outreach, preparation of environmental documents and permit applications, and coordination with Caltrans, the Coast Guard, Bay Trail and other agencies.
