Questa performed a geotechnical investigation, including subsurface investigation, laboratory testing of soils and weathered rock, a slope stability analysis, and preparation of design recommendations for a retaining wall and slope repair to stabilize an eroded slope adjacent to a wastewater pump station. Follow-up work included preparing a conceptual plan for a soldier pile retaining wall and preparation of plans and specifications for construction.

Questa also performed construction observations and testing, including drilled pier observations, concrete sampling and testing, and testing of backfill compaction.
