For the Sonoma Land Trust

Questa completed several projects for Sonoma Land Trust property along Highway 37 and San Pablo Bay in the Sears Point area, including:

1) The Sears Point Trail Feasibility Study for a 6-mile SF Bay Trail segment within the 2,327-acre Sears Point Restoration site.

2) The Sonoma Baylands Trail Plan, Construction Documents, & Engineer's Estimate for a 1.5-mile SF Bay Trail segment near Port Sonoma.

3) The Sears Point Ranch Headquarters Master Plan to provide design guidance for usage areas, visitor-serving facilities, trails, roads, parking and circulation components.

Design work and deliverables followed Caltrans and ADA standards. The trail projects enhance recreational opportunities along the Bay, such as bird watching, walking and biking, and the Sears Point Headquarters Master Plan provides opportunities for environmental education and access by school groups and visitors to view environmental habitat and vanishing wildlife resources.
