Questa, in collaboration with Bicycle Solutions, worked with the Solano Transportation Authority to develop a Bicycle and Pedestrian Connections Plan in Jameson Canyon, a corridor within the jurisdiction of seven regulatory authorities. The Jameson Canyon corridor also supports a number of sensitive species, including California red-legged frog and vernal pond fairy shrimp. The goal of the project was to develop a workable alignment within the canyon that will provide safe and efficient connections to existing and proposed trail systems within Solano County, Napa County, and regional trail systems, including the Bay Area Ridge Trail and beyond.

Questa inventoried existing conditions, coordinated with the public and Advisory Committee, prepared a constraints and analysis map, identified and mapped wetlands, sensitive species habitats, and environmentally sensitive zones, and prioritized bicycle and pedestrian project opportunities. Questa also determined implementation costs, mitigation requirements, and funding and permitting strategies
