Questa performed a geotechnical investigation for a new walking bridge and abutments to cross Dutch Bill Creek in Camp Meeker, California, in addition to investigating subsurface conditions in dam abutments to be removed as part of the creek restoration.

Questa's scope included document review and project management, site reconnaissance, exploratory borings, laboratory soils testing, and a geotechnical evaluation report providing results of the geotechnical investigation, conclusions, and recommendations for design of the proposed concrete abutments.
